Salon Policies
Check-In
Please check in with the receptionist for all appointments.
Cancellations
· There is no charge for cancellation up to 4 hours prior to your appointment
· Out of town & hotels guests must secure appointment with a MC/Visa card.
· No-Shows will be charged 100% of service fee.
Refund Policy
No refunds. Store credit given within 7 days with receipt only.
Massage Policy
You will be discreetly covered throughout your treatment.
Inappropriate language or actions will be cause for termination of treatment.
Non-Smoking
In consideration of the health concerns of our clients and staff, we are a non-smoking salon.
Payment
We gladly accept cash, MC/Visa, Discover or local checks (with identification
only).
There is a $25 service charge on any returned check.
